I have some pen drawings in this week’s OC Weekly, including the cover. The illustrations are for an article about a murder trial – a story that has been unfolding for some time. I had provided a couple of illustrations covering past articles regarding this case. When the story reached its conclusion, Laila Derakhshanian, OC Weekly’s art director, contacted me with this concept.
I also did some drawings of the defendants in the case.
